Fantasy Assignment.
Had to create 4 fantasy based portraits for 321. I used Greek mythology and urban legend as the basis for my images. Midas. in Greek mythology, Midas was offered one gift by the God of good times and theatre, Dionysus. He asked that everything he touch be turned into gold. However, he didnt realise this would mean everything. In modern times, I would see this as a celebrity (eg, rock star + groupie). They may have everything they want, but in the end it is all purely material, and worthless. Models: Liam and Claire Costume, photography, editing etc by me. |
